Company organization
Alpha Omega Engineering is an engineering consulting company based in San Luis Obispo, California, founded in May/June 2011 by Frank Owen. Dr. Owen is also a professor of Mechanical Engineering at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). The company has a number of technical associates, who lend their engineering expertise as needed to form project teams to tackle specific problems and projects.
